This section presents data on governance proposals, including their distribution by category, voting results, and proposer activity. It aims to provide a comprehensive overview of the types of proposals submitted, their outcomes, and the level of engagement from the community.
Distribution of Proposals by Category: Categorizes governance proposals by topic.
Voting Results of the Proposal: Overview of voting outcomes, showing consensus levels or division among token holders. Classifies results as contentious, generally accepted, or normal.
Unique Proposers: Indicates the range of individuals or entities participating in governance proposals. This help highlight varying levels of engagement among proposers.
One time: Proposers who've initiated a single proposal, asa percentage of all proposal.
Two times: Proposers who've made two proposals, as a percentage of all proposal.
More than 2 times: Proposers who've made more than two proposals, as a percentage of all proposal.

Date when voting ends.
Active: Proposal is live and open for voting.
Succeeded: Proposal has received more votes in favor and surpassed the quorum requirement.
Failed: Opposite of succeeded; did not meet the quorum or had more votes against.
Dominant: Proposals where the result is ≥ 90% in either direction.
Majority: Proposals where the result is ≥ 70% but < 90% in either direction.
Contentious: Proposals where the result is < 70% in either direction.
Governance: Issues related to structural or procedural aspects of the governance model.
Token Supply: Issues on token issuance, burning, transferability, redistribution, treasury expenses, and grants program.
OBRA Initiatives: OBRA Initiatives are projects funded by SafeDAO aimed at achieving strategic goals under the OBRA framework. They align with set strategies, follow specific budget and payout rules, and contribute directly to the DAO's objectives.
Tokenomic: Proposals involving token economics, including adjustments to token supply, issuance, burn schedules, staking mechanisms, or distribution models.
Resource Allocation Framework: Proposals for frameworks that define how resources (funds, grants, or tokens) should be allocated to support SafeDAO projects, community initiatives, or development.
Token Transferability: Proposals that address the transferability of the Safe token, such as unlocking periods, adding or lifting restrictions, and changes to token movement policies.
Treasury Update: Proposals involving the management of SafeDAO's treasury, including spending decisions, investment strategies, or reallocation of treasury assets.
Token Utility: Proposals aimed at enhancing or expanding the utility of the Safe token within the ecosystem, including new use cases, integrations, and incentives for holding or using the token.
OBRA Budget: Proposals concerning the OBRA (Operational Budget Resource Allocation) budget, defining the resources needed for SafeDAO operations and governance activities.
Governance Update: Proposals to amend or enhance SafeDAO's governance structure, processes, or tools, including voting mechanisms, delegation strategies, or roles.
Grant Program: Proposals related to the setup, revision, or execution of a grant program to support ecosystem projects that align with SafeDAO's strategic objectives.

Strategy 1 (Research and Implement Safe Token Utility): Proposals focusing on understanding and implementing new ways to make the Safe token more valuable and useful to its holders.
Strategy 2 (Foster Module Ecosystem): Proposals that support the development, deployment, and adoption of modules within the Safe ecosystem, encouraging innovation and expanding use cases.
Strategy 3 (Increase Awareness of Safe Ecosystem): Proposals to raise awareness of the Safe ecosystem, including campaigns, partnerships, or educational initiatives targeting a broader audience.
Strategy 4 (Research Decentralization of Safe Tech Stack): Proposals focused on initiatives that contribute to the further decentralization of the Safe technology stack, aiming to improve security, resilience, and autonomy.
Strategy 5 (Increase Governance Participation): Proposals that intend to increase active participation in governance processes, such as incentivizing community members, improving communication channels, or refining voting mechanisms.
